Headstems are a cost efficent way to ensure you are comfortable on your bike. They are also crucial in that they transfer a lot of power through to the frame. Stems must be strong to be able to withstand the forces but also light enough to keep the weight of the bike to a minimum. Forged from T6 heat treat 6061 Aluminium to ensure a light, comfortable and safe ride.
They can be installed with the stem “facing” up or down depending on your required riding style. These stems from Pro, a brand of Shimano, are a lightweight quality component to add to your road bike.
